Nalia Swim Spring/Summer 2023 Internship
Thank you for your interest in our internship program. We see potential for interns to transition into full-time roles post graduation and grow with our team.

U.S interns
Please fill out this form if you are able to receive school credit for a Fall internship in our Phoenix office from January 2023 - July 2023.
Responsibilities:
-All-rounder administration (packaging and shipping orders)
-Social media management (post on social media page and reply to direct messages)
-Communicate with brand ambassadors/influencers and follow up on social posts and send agreements
-Track orders using Shopify, Excel and update any online inventory (including retail chains/UK fufilment centre)
-Assist on-site with photoshoots/showroom organization, stylist visits, and influencer/celebrity gifting
-Research social media and fashion trends
-Assist with research and preparation for upcoming events including launch party, Miami Swim Week and influencer events

We are looking for detail oriented, enthusiastic, and driven interns to intern with our team in Phoenix (or virtually on PST time zone). We expect all interns to commit 2-3 full days to the internship with a break for lunch, totalling 15-20 hours a week.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for pop culture and fashion, is in touch with digital trends, and has great writing/communication skills.
Internship Program:
Each intern will be assigned to 1 senior level team member and 1-2 juniors/coordinator to mentor them and assist them with on-going projects based on their job description/role. Additionally, our team hosts weekly zooms for all interns to get to know each other, review different important databases and skills through writing and resume workshops, and host Q&As with other team members.
Job Qualifications: All applicants must be enrolled in a university and able to receive school credit for this unpaid internship or have completed a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business or Public Relations/Communications. If in person, applicants should be living or planning to live in Phoenix or Sydney with access to their own transportation and a computer/laptop with Microsoft Office. If virtual, interns must be prepared to work in PST or AET time zones and must have a computer/laptop with Microsoft Office and Internet access.
